Nuclear fusion – ENEA Frascati research center

The re-start of the Italian nuclear program was abruptly halted by the Fukushima accident, and by the subsequent referendum in June 2011. But Italy is at the forefront of nuclear fusion researches. Fusion is an energy which, ​regularly made, would be abundant and clean. This is a visit to the Enea Frascati Research Center, the leading Italian center engaged in international research on nuclear fusion energy.
